1. Contracting Parties

2. Scope of Continuous Remote Bookkeeping Support Services

Minds4biz Inc. agrees to provide long-term, indefinite business support services executed continuously by qualified remote Bookkeepers. What the Buyer receives on an ongoing basis includes the full suite of services below:

  • Core Ledger Maintenance & Categorization: Accurate categorization of income, expenses, bank transfers, and credit card transactions within modern accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books, Wave).
  • Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations: Monthly reconciliation of bank feeds, merchant accounts (Stripe, PayPal, Shopify), and corporate credit cards to prevent missing or duplicate entries.
  • Accounts Payable (A/P) Management: Processing vendor invoices, tracking bill due dates, scheduling bill payments, and organizing payment receipts.
  • Accounts Receivable (A/R) Management: Generating customer invoices, recording incoming payments, tracking past-due accounts, and sending automated collections reminders.
  • Financial Reporting & Statements: Delivery of core financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow statements) and managerial dashboards at month-end.
  • Payroll & Sales Tax Processing: Calculating payroll runs, generating payroll reports, and tracking state or local sales tax liabilities.
  • Catch-Up / Cleanup Bookkeeping: Reconciling past-due accounts, fixing chart-of-accounts errors, and bringing historical ledgers up to date for tax season.

3. AI-Generated Terms of Agreement

This Agreement governs the provision of indefinite, long-term remote bookkeeping services by Minds4biz Inc. to the Buyer. Services shall be rendered on a continuous schedule according to best accounting practices. Remote Bookkeepers will maintain strict confidentiality and utilize secure client-approved financial platforms. Both parties acknowledge that service delivery relies on timely access to financial data, documentation, and credentials provided by the Buyer.

4. AI-Generated Cancellation Policy

This Agreement remains active indefinitely until formally cancelled by either party upon submitting a 30-day written notice. Continuous bookkeeping services and recurring billing will remain active during the 30-day transition period to ensure full ledger reconciliation and accurate financial handover. Any prepaid unused fees or remaining balances will be settled on the final account statement prior to effective termination.

5. Electronic Signatures & Verification

To execute and validate this agreement, authorized Minds4biz Administration or Sales Specialists must enter their assigned Employee or Approved Sales Specialist Profile Number.
